NJPMS Mission Statement
The NJPMS is a professional medical society founded in 1905, whose purpose is to advance the profession of Podiatric Medicine in the state of New Jersey; to advance and promote the art and science of Podiatry; to elevate and maintain professional standards; to safeguard the integrity of its membership; to establish mutual relationships and understanding between the podiatric and other medical professions; to inform and establish a credible relationship with the public.
The New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society (NJPMS) proudly represents the interests of over 800 podiatric physicians, residents, and medical students throughout the State of New Jersey. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our association’s leaders, we have established one of the most comprehensive podiatric scope of practice rights in the nation.
To enhance networking, professional growth, and leadership among our members, we provide numerous opportunities for engagement. This includes monthly meetings within our various divisions, active participation in committees, and our newly established “Northern New Jersey Podiatric Medical Conference” (NJPMC). In collaboration with the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons’ “AROC” conference, this uniquely designed event fosters collaboration among podiatric physicians, medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals, including osteopathic and allopathic physicians.
We invite you to join us from April 23-26, 2025, at the Hard Rock Hotel in Atlantic City, where you can earn up to 32.0 CECH contact hours. Stay tuned for more details!
